Eira collection is crafted from 100% Tencel, offering a silky-smooth feel and sustainability. The Rui collectionfeatures high-quality cotton for a classic, breathable, and cozy touch.

Yes! The Eira collection is sustainably produced using Tencel, an eco-conscious fiber, while the Rui collection uses responsibly sourced cotton.
  1. What sizes are available for your bedding collections? 
Currently both collections are available in Queen and King sizes. Please check individual product listings for more details.
  1. How do I care for my bedding?
Eira collection:
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Use mild detergent and avoid fabric softeners. Tumble dry low or line dry. 
Rui collection:
Machine wash warm with similar colors. Tumble dry low. Iron on medium heat if necessary.
  1. Are your products hypoallergenic?
Yes, both the Eira and Rui collections are made with materials that are gentle on sensitive skin.

Sustainability

  1. How is the Eira collection sustainable?
Tencel fibers are derived from sustainably sourced wood pulp, processed using eco-friendly methods, and certified biodegradable
  1. Do you use eco-friendly packaging?
Yes! We prioritize minimal and recyclable packaging for all our products.
  1. What charities do you donate to, and how much?

We donate 3% of every sale to meaningful causes:

  • 1% to Nature Conservancy of Canada
  • 1% to Canadian Red Cross
  • 1% to SickKids Foundation

Shipping and Delivery

  1. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days. Once the order is placed you will receive the tracking details with the exact delivery date.
  1. Where do you ship?
Currently we are shipping to Canada and United States.
  1. Do you ship internationally?

  1. What should I do if my order is incorrect or damaged?
Please write to us using our contact us form or email us at info@homesetmatch.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.

Returns

  1. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that: 
• Are unused and unopened. 
• Are in their original, resalable condition, including all packaging. 
• All items must remain in their original folded condition. Our packaging allows you to assess fabric quality and colour without unfolding the product.
To initiate a return, simply email us at info@homesetmatch.com. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us via email as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, once your order has shipped, we cannot cancel it, and it will fall under our return policy. For more information, refer to our Refunds & Returns page.
