Refunds and Returns

Eligibility for Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that:

  • are unused, unopened and with tags
  • are in their original, resalable condition, including all packaging.
  • are in their original folded condition. Our packaging allows you to assess fabric quality and color without unfolding the product.
  • have receipt or proof of purchase.

Final Sale Items
Products marked as sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 5 days of purchase if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return Terms
Certain conditions apply, and we reserve the right to deny refunds at our discretion. For example:

  • Product bundles or sets must be returned in full.
  • Promotional items or gifts included with your order must also be returned in original condition, or their value will be deducted from your refund.
  • Only one return request is permitted per order.
  • All packaging, including reusable fabric bags, tags, and inserts, must accompany the return.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Important Notes

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are responsible for packages until they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. After delivery, HSM is not liable for lost or stolen items.

Return Timelines
Once a return request is approved or a return label is issued, you must send the item back within 14 days. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, email us at info@homesetmatch.com immediately. If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled and will fall under the return policy. 

Incorrect Address Details
We ship orders to the address provided during checkout. If you notice an error, contact us promptly. For undeliverable packages returned to us due to incorrect address details or carrier issues, you may choose to either pay a reshipping fee or cancel the order, with the original shipping costs deducted from the refund.
